Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee, we welcome you to join the 2022 APASL STC on HCC, which will be held on June 23-25, 2022, at National Taiwan University Hospital International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan.

2022 APASL STC on HCC will focus on the theme “Paradigm shift of HCC management: Across viral and steatogenic carcinogenesis”. We will bring together worldwide famous epidemiologists, clinicians and basic researchers to share the cutting-edge knowledge and their perspectives on the carcinogenesis, diagnosis and novel treatments of HCC during this 3-day meeting. The program will include HBV-HCC, HCV-HCC and MAFLD/NASH-HCC; curative treatment, interventional radiology and systemic therapy of HCC. We hope to establish a platform allowing sharing, active interactions and collaboration among researchers, and communications with the international pharmaceutical companies, aiming to shift the management of HCC into a new era.

During the conference, you will have lots of experiences and opportunities to communicate with participants from different fields of HCC management. Moreover, the participants can witness Taiwan’s experience in the field of viral hepatitis and HCC. I hope you can find 2022 APASL STC on HCC a truly stimulating and memorable event.
